4.1 Service Quality: Alpha Clean Brisbane strives for the highest quality but is not liable for minor cleaning imperfections due to property condition or pre-existing damage.
4.2 Damages: Alpha Clean Brisbane is not liable for damage to pre-existing fragile or delicate items unless negligence can be proven.

Alpha Clean Brisbane reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
The environment is unsafe or poses health risks.
Client behavior is aggressive, abusive, or unsafe.
Payment terms are not met.
