The quoted amount is calculated using the details available at the time of booking. If the property's actual condition, layout or cleaning requirements differ from the information supplied, the final price may need to be adjusted after assessment.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to improve visible marks and stains. However, results can vary depending on their age, depth, material and previous treatment. Complete removal of every stain or mark cannot be assured.
The service covers only the tasks listed in your confirmed package. Specialised treatments, exterior areas, carpet steam cleaning, blinds, wall washing, pest treatment and other additional work must be arranged separately unless expressly included in your booking.
If the property manager identifies an issue relating to an included cleaning task, you may request a follow-up clean under the applicable bond cleaning guarantee. Requests must be raised within five calendar days of the original service. Please allow 36–48 hours after receipt of the written inspection report for the team to arrange corrective work.
The full service amount is payable at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning begins. For bank transfers, please provide proof of payment and allow sufficient processing time for the funds to clear before your appointment.
